01How do I place an order?
Choose the product and option, add it to the cart and confirm your name, phone number and address at checkout. We call you to confirm the order.
02Which payment methods can I use?
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa and Mastercard.
03How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 2–4 working days to every other district.
04How much is delivery?
৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka.
05Can I check the product before I pay?
Yes. With cash on delivery you can open the parcel in front of the delivery person and check it before paying.
06Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days if it is unused with its tags, or if it has a fault. See the Return Policy for the details.
07How do I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number and email.
